How do I request samples or technical information?
Use the product enquiry links. A request is an enquiry, not a confirmed sample order or dispatch.
How is a business account approved?
Staff review company details and independently check applicant authority. A Companies House entry alone does not grant access.
When are lead time and final specification confirmed?
At formal quotation and order confirmation. No stock, delivery date or technical certification is inferred from a catalogue photograph.
