Wholesale-only service

FloorScapes provides a wholesale flooring service for business customers. The public website shows an indicative Medium-tier price guide. Account quote tools and orders require business account approval.

Quotes and orders

Displayed prices and calculations are indicative only, in GBP per m² excluding VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. A formal quotation follows your request and confirms the exact product, grade, construction, finish, availability, delivery and commercial terms. The published guide uses a 500 m² minimum; unsupported specifications are quotation-only.

Quotes are prepared for review and are not a public checkout. Orders proceed only after FloorScapes confirms the quote, account details, VAT, delivery details, lead time and payment requirements.

Payment

Payment requests and proforma invoices are issued through the account portal. Bank transfer payments are checked manually before an order progresses.
